ABOUT

I am a radio producer and occasional filmmaker. Since the mid-90’s, I’ve produced stories, interviews and documentaries for public radio, including the NPR programs, Morning Edition and All Things Considered. I also independently produced and reported the public radio documentary One Family and a Kansas Town. It aired on 100 stations nationwide and on the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. I have also directed dozens of live radio programs.

As a filmmaker, I was assistant director for the documentary film Waiting for Hockney which was an official selection of the 2008 Tribeca Film Festival, the 2008 Toronto Hot Docs Festival and made it's broadcast premiere on the Sundance Channel.  I am currently directing the documentary Open Secret.

I live in Washington D.C. where I’m executive producer of The Bob Edwards Show on Sirius XM Radio and Bob Edwards Weekend from PRI. I also co-curate Small Good Thing, an online showcase of creative work in film, radio music and the web and I'm co-founder of Ignite DC, a showcase of innovation and ideas.
